Mercari has extensive industry experience in designing derivative and associated structured products as well as operating complex licensed rule based financial market infrastructure.

With respect to the digital crypto/virtual asset class, Mercari is currently evaluating the latest ASIC INFO 225 Explanatory Documentation to examine whether Mercari can enable a regulated Industry solution for the provision of a central order book for the trading of digital assets including the publication of reliable reference rates for crypto assets.

Mercari will continue to provide updates to its activities in the crypto space upon any material advances to our plans.
