All trades on the Mercari market are matched by Mercari’s proprietary matching platform, Mercari eSEF, and are settled in accordance with the Mercari Operating Rules as approved under Australian corporation's legislation.
Mercari also holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) allowing Mercari to provide additional financial services to Mercari market users.
