Mercari as an integral part of its deployment process, ensures all participants are competent in using the features of the system for the area which they are to use. For dealers these sessions are generally conducted at the Mercari offices, in Sydney, using our virtual trading environment or via internet based instruction remotely. This allows use of basic order entry, management and trade features, where our trainers are able to simultaneously act as counterparties emulating everyday (or volatile!) trading environments.

After gaining course approval from their Compliance department’s, dealers have used further training sessions to expand their knowledge of Mercari Directs features and as training hours to meet their Continuing Education regulatory requirements. For dealers we use this time to examine Mercari Directs advanced trading features more closely, focusing on how these might be used to deliver a trading edge tailored to their situational needs.
